Making Kiwi Crepe Cake

  • Sugar

  • whipped cream
    250ml
  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add flour, egg butter, milk, and sugar and mix until watery.
STEP 2/6
Scoop the well-mixed dough one by one, oil it, and roll it round in a wiped pan.
STEP 3/6
Send each thin crepe cake and complete a total of 12 crepes.
STEP 4/6
Add a little sugar to the whipped cream to make a fresh cream,
STEP 5/6
Stack them in the order of crepe, cream, kiwi. I put in kiwi once in 3 sheets.
STEP 6/6
If you stack 12 of them together, crepe cake is done!
If you decorate it with kiwi, crepe cake is done
If you use seasonal fruits other than kiwi, you can use them as delicious fresh fruit crepe cakes
