STEP 1/7
Cut the cleanly trimmed chives in running water into the longest finger length. You can cut it shorter or longer, but I don't recommend cutting it longer - it's hard to grill it's hard. It's good to flip it over and the shape is pretty when it's done.
STEP 2/7
And prepare the egg wash. I don't season my food very much, so I didn't put salt in the egg, but if you like something simple, please add a pinch of salt.
STEP 3/7
Dip chives in eggs and coat with egg water.
STEP 4/7
One of the ways to make pancakes without failure is to control the heat. The heat control is different before, but at first, you always put enough oil on a pan that is heated slowly over medium heat. Grease a heated pan and spoon-size leeks soaked in egg water, spread thinly and bake.
STEP 5/7
I put chives on top and poured egg water little by little.
STEP 6/7
Turn over the eggs at the bottom when they are cooked.
STEP 7/7
Turn the chives pancake upside down, press it down, and cook the eggs thoroughly to complete the simple side dish, egg pancake.
You can prepare the egg pancake by cutting it into small pieces as a side dish for children, and dip it in red pepper paste or red pepper sauce (Soy sauce: vinegar = 10:3) that adults will eat.
