Seasoned eggplant mushrooms
I planted two heads of eggplants in the garden, but the eggplants are opening so much that I can't handle my family. I've been grilling and steaming and stuff like that. Eggplants and mushrooms are grilled together and seasoned with seasoning, so it's okay as a side dish.

Cooking Steps

Eggplants and mushrooms can be cut into half a centimeter thick pieces or cut slightly sideways

The prepared eggplant and mushrooms were grilled front and back without oil in a pan
