When the chicken feet are boiled enough to soak, boil the cheongju, bay leaves, and rosemary a little more, then blanch the chicken feet. Rinse blanched chicken feet in cold water, remove excess impurities, and drain.

Make and mix the spicy seasoning in the dehydrated chicken feet. If you eat it with a young child, please add or subtract spicy red pepper powder and chopped Cheongyang red pepper from the spicy seasoning.
