STEP 1/10
Soak grapes in water with one or two drops of vinegar and wash them in running water. When I tasted it after washing it, it tasted good because it was rich in juice and sweet and sour.
STEP 2/10
Remove grapes one by one.
STEP 3/10
Grind grapes in a blender and strain them through a fine sieve to separate the juice.
STEP 4/10
Pour grape juice into a pot, add sugar and salt, and simmer. We don't use water at all. If you like the sweetness, you can add sugar.
STEP 5/10
Put grape juice boiled in Korean glutinous rice flour and knead it. Since glutinous rice flour needs to be cooked, I boiled grape juice and used it.
STEP 6/10
Make the dough into a round shape to make it easy to eat. The color is pretty, right? Sprinkle some glutinous rice powder on the plate so that the hardwood doesn't stick to the plate.
STEP 7/10
Cook the dumplings in boiling water.
STEP 8/10
When the dumplings are cooked and float, drain them in cold water and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 9/10
For the dumplings, coat them evenly with stir-fried sesame, stir-fried black sesame, and stir-fried bean powder. I used the stir-fried bean powder used in my daughter's favorite injeolmi for the dumplings, and the savory texture was good.
STEP 10/10
Place the grape tricolored Gyeongdan on a plate and serve with cool plum tea.
It is said that grapes are full of eggs and the more white people, the sweeter the grapes are on the top.
