Making stir-fried bean sprouts

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The texture of bean sprouts is good when you buy the chubby and thick ones that you use to steam them. It's okay to be chubby than the one in the picture.
STEP 2/8
I prepared some green onions and starch.
STEP 3/8
Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, sugar, red pepper powder, minced garlic, salt, and no water.
STEP 4/8
Cover and hold your breath over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 5/8
In about five minutes, you'll be out of breath and a little water from the bean sprouts. Mix it gently as if you're frying it.
STEP 6/8
Add 2 tablespoons of water to 1 tablespoon of starch and dissolve. As the soup thickens, bean sprouts gather slightly.
STEP 7/8
Remove from heat and add chives. Adjust the lack of seasoning with salt.
STEP 8/8
I put a lot in a big, rough bowl and sprinkled sesame seeds.
