STEP 1/11
Blanch tough tomato skin by making a cross cut of tomatoes in boiling water. The skin of the plain open tomatoes is thin, so even if you blanch them for 20 to 30 seconds, the skin comes off, but the skin is thick, so I think I boiled it for about 5 minutes.
STEP 2/11
He's pretending to be okay even if he takes it out to see if it's too thick
STEP 3/11
I peeled off the thick skin and it's soft inside~~~~
STEP 4/11
Chop the tomatoes roughly into thick chunks.
STEP 5/11
Don't throw away the tomatoes themselves, but leave them together.
STEP 6/11
Put olive oil in a pan and finely chop 1/4 onions.
STEP 7/11
Stir-fry onions until golden. After stir-frying it roughly, my mouth smells like onions after I eat it. It's okay if you stir-fry it enough.
STEP 8/11
When onions are fried, add chopped tomatoes.
STEP 9/11
Boil over medium or low heat. Tomatoes have a higher absorption rate if you eat them well, so you really boil it thinking that it's boiling soup.
STEP 10/11
Lastly, if it's too bland, add a pinch of salt and a little parsley powder. If you want to eat salt bland, it doesn't matter if you don't put it in.
STEP 11/11
It was delicious to bake bread until golden brown and dip it in here. It's good to make and eat little by little, but if you're tired of eating a little, it's good to make spaghetti using this. After eating a bowl of hot food, unlike sweating in the heat, my stomach feels warm and I feel a little sweaty. Today, I'm going to eat until dinner
If you boil onions, broccoli, ham, mushrooms, etc. in the soup you made, or add commercially available spaghetti sauce to make pasta, it's really delicious.
