STEP 1/11
Ingredients: spaghetti noodles, 10 pieces of garlic, half an onion, 4 mushrooms
Olive oil, salt, parmesan cheese, parsley powder
(Based on 2 servings)
STEP 2/11
Prepare half an onion, 4 mushrooms, and 10 pieces of garlic.
STEP 3/11
I'm sure people who know will knowWhen you grab a handful with your hands, it's one serving
(As much as a 500 won coin)
STEP 4/11
Put water in a deep pot. When the water boils, add 1/4 spoon of salt and 1 spoon of olive oil
STEP 5/11
Add the pasta noodles and boil for about 8 minutes (I boiled it for about 10 minutes)
There are people who say that it doesn't make a big difference if you add olive oil here
I prefer to put it in. That way, the noodles get a firm feeling^^
STEP 6/11
Strain the pasta noodles into a strainer and cool them down for about 8 minutes
And please leave Korean midnight for pasta and boiled water
(If you add olive oil and mix it well to cool it down, the noodles won't stick.)
STEP 7/11
In a frying pan covered with olive oil, stir-fry the sliced garlic until golden.
STEP 8/11
When the garlic is cooked until golden brown, add the rest of the vegetables (onions, mushrooms) and stir-fry them, and when the vegetables's.
STEP 9/11
Add the boiled pasta noodles.
STEP 10/11
Add 1 ladle of boiled water, 1 spoon of olive oil and 1/2 spoon of parsley powder for pasta
(You can add salt according to your preference.)
You can put olive oil in the noodles when you cool it down, but I like it because it's not dry when I stir-fry it again
It's very personal! LOL
STEP 11/11
Roll the cooked aglio e olio into a bowl with long chopsticks or tongs
Sprinkle some Palmer-san cheese and you're done!
You can add peperoncino here!
I was at home... I forgot and just did it
If you don't have many ingredients, you can skip onions or mushrooms.
There's no right answer to food!
