I bought it to eat rice wrapped in seasoned soy sauce, but the amount was not small, so I always bought it and dried seaweed that turned purple. It's been bothering my eyes for a few days now, but I rolled up my mind today.

If you grill two sheets over low heat, the purple color disappears slightly. It's huge when it's grilled. But there are about 20 sheets.

Prepare the sauce. I added 3 spents of soy sauce, 3 spents of plum extract, 3 spents of sesame oil, 3 spents of water, 1 spawn of green tea, and sesame seeds.

I prepared chives, green onions, and red peppers as side dishes. If you don't have a requirement, you can't put it in.

Cut the roasted seaweed into small pieces in a large bowl. Pour in the vegetables and the sauce.

If you mix it well with gloves, the volume decreases in an instantaneously. It shrinks to the point of emptiness.

I like the scent of chives. Sweet and salty seaweed is also a rice thief. Don't throw it away because it's discolored because it's shaped like seaweed after collecting it and making it into a delicious side dish.
You can use it regardless of the type of seaweed, such as traditional seaweed, rolled seaweed, or gimbap seaweed.
