I cut the cabbage and washed it. Cleanly!! Some people use cabbage seasoned with salt, but I'm just going to season it. As far as I know, you don't season fresh kimchi and just do it.

The seasoning that goes into the drained cabbage after cutting it and washing it cleanly is. I added anchovy sauce, a little plum extract, chives, shredded carrots, minced garlic, cheongyang pepper, red pepper powder, sesame salt, sesame oil. It doesn't matter if you don't put in the shredded carrots, but I put in a little bit.

Second, add the crushed sesame salt and sesame oil and mix them. If it's not seasoned enough, add salt, and if it's not red enough, add more pepper powder
