  • Anchovy

  • Sea tangle

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove marsh snails from the sea by boiling them in soybean paste water.
Use a toothpick to remove the kernel.
This takes a lot of time.
Please prepare it in advance when you have time.
I took it out with my daughter while watching TV the night before.

I boiled and trimmed radish greens in advance, seasoned minced garlic, soybean paste, and green onion, put as much as I can eat at once, and froze them in the freezer.

Put anchovies and kelp in cold water to make broth for 15 to 20 minutes.

If you boil the broth for too long, the soup will become bitter. You can put marsh snails in glutinous rice flour or flour clothes.
