Ingredients
  • Pork and minced meat
  • leek
  • Carrot
  • Corn
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • crushed garlic
  • Tofu
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • ground pepper
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Season minced pork with finely ground salt and pepper first. Add chives, carrots, and cheongyang peppers, mash the drained tofu, drain the corn, and put it in! Add eggs, flour (or pancake mix) and mix well.
STEP 2/3
Place egg mixture in a small bowl for ease of operation, scoop out the dough with a spoon, and coat it with egg water as shown in the image above
STEP 3/3
Bake in a medium heat pan with cooking oil until golden brown.
You don't put water in the dough. It can't get wet or thick when you dough
