Fried chicken breast udon

Ingredients
  • Chicken breast
    100~150g
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • leek
    1/4ea
  • Udon noodles
    1ea
  • crushed garlic
    0.5T
  • Stir-fried udon
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the onion and green onion.
STEP 2/8
Cut the chicken breast washed in running water into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/8
I will use the stir-fried udon noodles sold at regular marts.
STEP 4/8
Boil noodles and flakes in boiling water.
STEP 5/8
Sieve the boiled noodles and flakes to drain.
STEP 6/8
After pouring cooking oil, stir-fry minced garlic, onions, green onions, and chicken breast.
STEP 7/8
When it's all cooked, add the boiled noodles and the sauce in the stir-fried udon and stir-fry them together.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry the noodles until the sauce is well mixed.
It's just plain stir-fried udon with chicken breast and vegetables, but it's much more filling and delicious^^
