Cooking Steps

Spill the milk and put it in the pot.. Please boil it

When the milk starts to boil, use the visible wooden spoon and stir twice a day

Add vinegar and turn off the heat.Please start stirring gently

And when you get a certain amount of vinegar and the tofu coagulates.. Use a sieve to remove the water, but even if you remove too much water, it becomes too hard, so it's better to remove it until it's moderately soft
