Low calorie sweet potato protein pancake
I made pancakes using banana protein instead of raw bananas. There are more things in it than banana pancakes, but it tastes the same and is protein-bbang~ so you can eat it like protein bread.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Crush the sweet potatoes.
STEP 2/8
Add the eggs. Please remove the string.
STEP 3/8
Add protein powder and mix.
STEP 4/8
Texture with soy milk or milk. Think of the pancake batter texture.
STEP 5/8
Heat the pan, coat it with oil, and lower the heat.

Turn over when bubbles rise while baking.

If you mix unsweetened cocoa with vanilla powder, it becomes a chocolate vanilla pancake.
