Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, make the broth in advance. (If you don't want to do this, you can use the noodle soup.)
STEP 2/4
I'm going to use half of the broth for hot and cold rice.
Freeze the cold broth slightly in the freezer.
Cool the stock half cold.
Mix cold broth and cold noodle broth in half.
