Wash the anchovies in running water two or three times.

Remove the same amount of salt as the anchovies and stir-fry them in a frying pan.

While the salt is being stir-fried by residual heat, put the hammock in a blender and grind. Hamcho grinds well without water if you grind it while pressing the top with a spoon. Add finely ground hamcho to the stir-fried salt.

Stir-fry while blowing the water off the reef and cool it down in a cool place.
STEP 5/5
Grind sufficiently cooled hamcho salt finely in a dry blender. And put it in a glass bottle!
