Cooking Steps

First, soak the glass noodles in hot water.

I cut carrots, zucchinis, and onions into appropriate sizes.

I cut the pork for japchae into bite-size pieces.

When you make japchae, you normally stir-fry it separately. I just put everything in and stir-fried it.

When the vegetables and meat were almost done, I cut the soaked glass noodles short with scissors. And rinse it in water.

Add glass noodles to stir-fried vegetables and meat, add a little water, and season with soy sauce. It's very bland and it smells good.
