Cooking Steps

Cut cucumbers and cabbages in moderation and prepare them.
STEP 2/6
Please cut the beat to the right size.
STEP 3/6
In a small cup, I put 4 times water, 2 times vinegar, 1 time sugar, and 1 spoonful of salt and a handful of pickling spice. I can't improve it with just a few ml. You can think of it as the ratio of water 4: vinegar 2: sugar 1.

Bring to a boil and pour hot into the prepared ingredients. You don't have to worry that it's too hot to breathe.

I put it in a big container and cooled it down like this way.

After cooling down, I divided it into disinfected glass bottles. I disinfected five glass bottles, but four came out.
