He ground the prepared garlic on the pork and added salt, pepper, and other spices as much as I saw in the recipe.

And hit it hard. The longer you rub it, the more sticky it becomes, the better the texture is.

First, put a proper amount and grill it slightly on the pan. You have to do this process as much as possible I need to check if it's properly seasoned or not salty!
If it feels salty, you can add more water or more meat to make up for it.

Mold is needed to bake spam in the oven. It would be nice to have a bread mold, but since I don't have it, I bought a disposable bread mold that is sold at the mart

Place parchment paper on top and press as hard as you can to make sure to put it in. Don't fill it too tightly because the meat swells up and oil comes out I thought it would be enough to fill it to a height of about 70 to 80%
STEP 6/6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Pork is cooked when the core temperature reaches 75 degrees
Bake for about 40 minutes
