North Korean-style potato sujebi made without flour
It is similar to Korean potato ongsimi, but it is characterized by using only potatoes without flour. It is said to be North Korea's representative food that is often made by ordinary families in North Korea.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut various vegetables into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
When you grind potatoes in a grater, squeeze them into a cloth.
STEP 3/8
Mash the drained potatoes and knead them.
STEP 4/8
The radish is completed by finely cutting it, adding seasoning, and mixing it.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry the pork first, then pour water and add radish salad.
STEP 6/8
Add chopped Cheongyangcho, pumpkin, and onion.
STEP 7/8
Make sujebi into bite-size potato dough.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, add green onions and finish.
