Ingredients
  • Cucumber

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Scallions

  • Garlic
  • Bottled water
    2L
  • potato starch

  • Salt
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the cucumber into 8 pieces like this and make a cut like when making cucumber kimchi.
STEP 2/9
Cut the chives into 5cm long pieces, cut the cheongyang pepper diagonally, and cut the garlic on the side~~ I prepared only half of the onions in a square shape.
STEP 3/9
Half a cup of salt with a paper cup, and boil 2 liters of water~~~.
STEP 4/9
Pour hot salt water directly into cucumbers and soak them for an hour and a half.
STEP 5/9
Put the pickled cucumbers in a basket and drain them.
STEP 6/9
I'll make the important soup. Mix 2 spoons of potato starch in 2 liters of bottled water, season with salt, add 1 spoon of sugar and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/9
Add chili powder to cool water and dissolve it.
STEP 8/9
Place cucumbers in water kimchi container and add chives, cheongyang peppers, onions, and garlic.

And lastly, pour in the kimchi soup. That's it's done. You can eat it deliciously after cooking it with the lid on.
