Cut the cucumber into 8 pieces like this and make a cut like when making cucumber kimchi.

Cut the chives into 5cm long pieces, cut the cheongyang pepper diagonally, and cut the garlic on the side~~ I prepared only half of the onions in a square shape.

Half a cup of salt with a paper cup, and boil 2 liters of water~~~.
