STEP 1/9
Place 1 egg in a bowl, 1/2 cup condensed milk, 4 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of butter, and mix well until sugar dissolves.
(*Make sure it doesn't foam when mixing.*)
STEP 2/9
Strain 2 + 1/4 cups of flour, 1 large spoon of baking powder, and mix with spatula.
STEP 3/9
When the dough is complete, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
(Note that the concentration of the dough is a bit muddy.)
STEP 4/9
Add 2 cups of sediment + 1 spoon and 1 cup walnut and mix.
(If you break walnuts with your hands or chop them slightly, the texture is good.)
STEP 5/9
I took out the dough that I had put in the refrigerator and patted it enough.
(Since the dough is sticky, use the used flour as a powder and put it on your hands.)
STEP 6/9
Make a rectangular shape with the kneaded dough
Place the sediment dough on top and roll it like a roll of kimbap.
STEP 7/9
Shape the dough with sediment into a square shape,
Please cut it with a knife.
STEP 8/9
Spread egg mixture (one egg + two spoonfuls of water) over dough and decorate with nuts.
STEP 9/9
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 for 15 to 20 minutes, then cool.
(The baking time may vary depending on the specifications of the oven or the amount of ingredients, so please check the ingredients while baking.)
Make sure to use the powder when kneading.
If you put a lot of egg wash on it, the surface color comes out dark.
