Boil the broth with a handful of anchovies or a cup (=200ml), 2 green onion roots, and 1L of water. After the broth boils, add 3 pieces of kelp and boil it for about 5 minutes before removing the ingredients.

The vegetables are zucchini, carrot, onion, and shiitake mushrooms.

Parboil the noodles in boiling water beforehand. Parboil it for about 4 minutes.

Boil the vegetables first in the broth from which the ingredients have been removed, then add the noodles when the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent. Season with 1/2 spoon of minced garlic and soy sauce. I put 1sp of soy sauce and boiled it.

Anchovy kalguksu is done.
If you want to eat spicy, you can boil the vegetables with Cheongyang red pepper. You can make seasoned red-pepper sauce and eat it with us.
