  • onion
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Slice the onion
Soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes (take out the Arin flavor of the onion)
Drain.
STEP 2/3
Stir in water, vinegar, and sugar 1:1:1 until sugar dissolves
Pour into drained onion.
STEP 3/3
Refrigerate in a clean glass container.
If you don't like the sour taste, add a little less vinegar 1:0.8:1.
