Sprinkle a little salt on the mackerel and grill it back and forth until golden.

I also toast bread crispy.

Slice the onions thinly, and slice the tomatoes to the desired thickness.

Spread mayonnaise on the toast bread.

I put a lot of lettuce on top, and I used five sheets.

Add sliced onions.

Put the tomatoes on top, too. I put mayonnaise + whole grain mustard on one side of the bread.

Put the whole mackerel fillet on top,

Cover the bread and it's done. Pack it with parchment paper, aluminum foil, wrap, etc. for ease of eating.
Pepper, chopped onions, capers and parsley are optional!
