Cooking Steps

For the basic broth, boil about 10 anchovies and 130g of radish first
STEP 2/10
Add 3 sheets of kelp and boil it and remove it when it bubbles.

Instead of oil, take out the fat from the stew and stir-fry it with kimchi. The oil from the meat fat is more savory.

I used ripe kimchi instead of ripe kimchi. It was enough kimchi to put 2/3 of it in a soup bowl :)

When the smell of kimchi cooking comes up, stir-fry the pork for the stew, 1.5 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and 1 spoon of plum extract. I stir-fry it on medium heat, but you have to keep stirring so that it doesn't burn ^^

When the kimchi has a certain amount of moisture, add the pre-boiled broth and boil it until the kimchi and pork are cooked. You can add about 400ml of broth :)

If you want spicy kimchi stew, cut 2 cheongyang peppers and put them in.

Tip. Add 1 spoon of vinegar It's an important part of the golden recipe. I didn't season it separately. I put in 2 spoons of kimchi soup with rice spoon
