Ingredients
  • Hotcake powder
    2cup
  • egg
    1ea
  • Milk
    1cup
  • Vienna sausage
    20ea
  • bread crumbs
    400ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put the pancake mix, eggs, and milk in a bowl and make a thick dough. It's hard to coat Vienna sausage with batter if you thin it :)
STEP 2/8
Blanch the Vienna sausage in boiling water beforehand. Sausage is salty because it has a lot of salt for a baby to eat
For blanched sausages, put Vienna sausage in a toothpick.
STEP 3/8
Dip Vienna sausage into pancake batter and coat with primary dough. I'll coat it twice in total. I'll fry it twice
STEP 4/8
Fry the dough-coated hot dogs in a preheated oil pot first.
STEP 5/8
You have to fry it quickly after it's crispy on the outside so it won't burn :) Otherwise, the hotcake dough will come off right away.
STEP 6/8
First, coat the fried hot dog with batter again, and unlike the first, coat it with bread crumbs evenly.
STEP 7/8
Put the hot dog in the oil pot and fry it crispy Hot cake hot dog is done ^^
STEP 8/8
The regular ketchup bottle has a wide entrance, so I sprayed ketchup using a baby potion bottle, and it was sprayed beautifully :)
