Grilled chicken in the oven
This is a local chicken oven that the groom made for dinner on the weekend. I wanted to eat it lightly, so I drained the oil in the oven and baked it.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps

First, cut the tail of the chicken.

Mix well enough salt + pepper + garlic powder in a large airtight container for all the native chickens. You can use minced garlic instead of garlic powder I didn't use milk to control the smell, but I added a lot of garlic powder to control the smell with garlic. If there's cooking wine or Cheongju soju, you can add a little bit

Put on plastic gloves and apply the seasoning well so that the seasoning can be cut well on the cut earlier, and let it ripen in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven, apply a little oil to the stainless steel grill net, and bake the seasoned chicken on top Cook it at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, turn it upside down, and cook it for 45 minutes
