Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add all the ingredients and knead them with a baking machine. Add chia seeds about 5 minutes before the dough is finished and knead.
STEP 2/8
Leave out the first fermentation and divide the dough into four equal parts and round it. Cover it with plastic or a whole container and ferment it for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/8
After medium fermentation, push the dough with a rolling pin, fold it in three stages, and then put it back in the middle.
STEP 4/8
In that state, roll it with your hands and push it for more than 25cm.
STEP 5/8
Push one end of the dough flat and wrap the other dough well into a donut shape.
STEP 6/8
Place a dough on a paper foil or a piece of wax paper and give it a second fermentation. It's about 1.5 times the volume. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot when fermentation is complete and add 1 ts of brown sugar. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
STEP 7/8
Blanch the dough back and forth for 10-15 seconds.
STEP 8/8
Take out the dough and pan it into a pan. Bake in a preheating oven at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
It's also delicious if you add your favorite nuts or dried fruits besides tooth seeds.
