Making delicious pickled onions

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut all the vegetables.
I bought an onion for pickling and cut it in the shape of a cross.
It doesn't have to be a cross shape even if it's not a pickled onion.
I recommend that you add vegetables however you want, but chili peppers. If you're going to eat it with your children, please choose a non-spicy green pepper.
STEP 2/4
I put all the vegetables in the sterilized glass bottle and put 0.5T of whole pepper.
STEP 3/4
I also have garlic stems, so they added garlic stems.
Boil water 1:sugar 1:soy sauce 1:vinegar 1 in a pot and pour hot into a jar containing vegetables.
STEP 4/4
Let cool completely and refrigerate,
After a day, boil only the soup, cool it completely, and pour it.
It's very delicious if you eat it two days after refrigerating.
I think it's more delicious than what they sell.

    I didn't know it was this easy to make jjangajji.. There's a jokbal place in Gyeongju where jjangajji is really good, so I always go to buy jokbal when I go to Gyeongju. I always get 2 jjangajji, and I really want to buy and eat it, so I asked if you could sell it for money. It tastes similar to Jjangajji in that restaurant!!!!! It's totally awesome!!!!! My dad's friend gave me a lot of onions, so I tried it, but I was so satisfied!!!!! Six to seven onions, one cucumber, four to seven cheongyang peppers, and a little radish. I really like pickled radish. I didn't pickle it, cut it, and put it in right away, and the crunchy texture is very good!!!!! Radish is the best for me, but my boyfriend said onions are the best. The only big glass bottle in the house is my dad's..The cucumber is delicious and I really like it Cheongyang red pepper tastes better on the bottom than on the top of the heart and the smell of Cheongyang red pepper comes out. I like vinegar, so the spicy taste of sweet and sour Cheongyang red pepper?That's a great combination. Thank you for teaching me the recipe. It's perfect for my taste, so I'm going to make it with this recipe^^ I need to buy a big radish and do it again
