Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Bake the soggy seaweed in a heated pan
STEP 2/6
Tear into bite-size pieces by hand.
STEP 3/6
Add 3 tablespoons of Korean soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 4 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of grain syrup, and 2 tablespoon of water to make a seasoned laver sauce.
STEP 4/6
Clean the chives, wash them clean, and cut them into 4cm long
STEP 5/6
Add grilled laver, chives, and sauce and mix them with seaweed until the sauce is seasoned.
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix them together to make super simple side dish seasoned dried laver.
