Making eggplant tomato gratin without oven
These days, when eggplants are in season, I made gratin because I thought there would be a better dish with tomato, a well-being vegetable!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the eggplant in half and cut it into half-moon pieces. And bake in an ungreased frying pan, half cooked.

Place the roasted eggplant in a wide gratin dish.
STEP 3/8
Chop the onion and sliced ham and stir-fry it slightly without adding oil. And put eggplants in a gratin plate.
STEP 4/8
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
STEP 5/8
Place eggplants, onions, ham and tomatoes in a gratin dish in turn.
STEP 6/8
Add 2 spoons of spaghetti sauce and 2 spoons of plum extract Add 2 spoons of olive oil around the bowl. Don't rummage!

Lastly, add a lot of pizza cheese to suit your taste.
STEP 8/8
Cover and microwave it for about 4 minutes, as long as the pizza cheese melts.
It's good to have bacon instead of sliced ham You can make delicious food with just eggplants and tomatoes.
