No-oven egg pizza
I made pizza out of eggs without using flour. It's a good egg pizza for brunch or snacks on the weekend.

Ingredients
  • egg
    3ea
  • Paprika
    1handful
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • cherry tomato
    5ea
  • mozzarella cheese
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • parsley powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice the onion into thin slices, cut the paprika into 0.5cm pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
STEP 2/6
Pour olive oil into pan and stir-fry onion first.
STEP 3/6
Beat in eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper when onions are about to become transparent.
(At this time, you don't have to pop the egg yolk.)
STEP 4/6
When sprinkled with salt and pepper, add paprika and cherry tomatoes immediately.
STEP 5/6
Add mozzarella cheese, too.
STEP 6/6
Cover and cook over low heat until cheese melts, and sprinkle parsley to complete the scoop-up egg pizza.
