Making an Australian Ice Latte Ice Double Latte

  • Espresso

  • Milk
    160ml
  • Ice cream
    2scoop
  • Water
    3-4ea
  • Kakao Powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Place 3-4 ice cubes in highball glass.
STEP 2/4
Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
I put in 3 scoops because the scoops are a bit small.^^
Pour 160ml of milk.
STEP 3/4
Extract 2 shots of espresso and pour it in.
(If you pour it at the end, it creates a natural layer.)
STEP 4/4
Sprinkle a little bit of cacao powder and finish.
Vanilla ice cream is the best ice cream. It's not that sweet. It's a coffee that goes well with the sweet and bitter taste. It's a coffee that cools you on a hot summer day when you mix ice cream. I finished it with ground coffee because the cacao powder just fell off, and it was better than I thought.^^ There is a difference in the way that Affogato is fun to scoop and drink iced double latte.
