Jongwon Baek Mapa tofu over rice

I liked it better than Jongwon Baek Mapa Tofu, which was flavored with soybean paste red pepper paste in Korean style, and Mapa Tofu, which was made with Dooban sauce before. I think the reason why I'm crazy about Jongwon Baek recipes is because they tell me how to make them easily with ingredients that are easy to get.

Cooking Steps: STEP 1/10

Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces.

STEP 2/10

Cut the tofu into cubes.

STEP 3/10

Grease the pan and stir-fry the onions.

STEP 4/10

Add the pork and stir-fry. I sprinkled a little pepper here.

STEP 5/10

Stir-fry red pepper powder, soybean paste, red pepper paste, minced garlic, and soy sauce.

STEP 6/10

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

STEP 7/10

Add tofu and chopped green onions and bring to a boil.

STEP 8/10

Pour starch water to adjust the concentration.

STEP 9/10

Add a bit of sesame oil at the end.

STEP 10/10

Put rice on a plate and put mapa tofu on it, and it's done with Korean Mapa tofu rice. It was a spicy and savory Mapa Tofu Rice.

I think you need to adjust the ingredients or seasonings to suit your taste. It's a bit salty and spicy
