Okinawa taco and rice
I made Okinawan taco rice with Hawaiian Okinawa fusion cuisine in the East, which is served with tortilla chips, which are loved as snacks in the West.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put the seasoning ingredients in the beef brisket and marinate it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/5
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and chop green pepper and onion.
STEP 3/5
Put oil on the pan and stir-fry the onions. When it becomes transparent, add the meat. When the meat is cooked, add the bell pepper and stir-fry for a while.
STEP 4/5
Bake tortillas on both sides in a heated pan and cut them into quarters.
STEP 5/5
Place rice on a plate, top with stir-fried beef and sprinkle pizza cheese on top. It's Okinawa taco rice that you can put lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled tortillas on the side.
