Remove the top of the cherry tomatoes and wash them.

Cut the tip of a tomato into a cross.

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Peel tomatoes in ice water.

Place the peeled tomatoes in a container and store in the refrigerator with fructo oligosaccharide, coconut oil or extra-vergine olive oil.
For large tomatoes, peeling is the same, but if you divide it into quarters before spraying oligosaccharide and oil, the taste will permeate the inside of the tomato and eat it more deliciously. In hot summer, you can have snacks for kids and guest invitation appetizers or desserts^^ Add some young leaves and balsamic oil to make a great salad!
