Pick a well-cooked banana and cut it into small pieces.

Put bananas in a large pot and pour in about 1/3 of the honey.

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Cook bananas by boiling over high heat.

Change it to the desired texture with a hand blender.

Put it back on the heat, lower it to low heat, and bring it to a boil, stirring for about 20 to 30 minutes. Until it's jam concentration Be careful of the jam popping up!!

Instead of sterilizing hot water, pour soda + hot water and shake it to wash it thoroughly, remove the water completely, and put the completed banana jam.
Honey is much more effective than sugar. If you need to add sugar, mix it with honey.
