Boil the milk in a pot.

Press it in one direction and stir it so it doesn't stick.

When it starts to boil, add 2 spoons of vinegar. If you add too much vinegar, it tastes sour, so you can dip it in water and eat it.

It looks like soft tofu with vinegar

Place hemp on a sieve and pour milk tofu.
STEP 6/8
Place a bowl of water on it and press it down.
STEP 7/8
The casein of milk was coagulated with vinegar (liver water) to complete the tofu. Cut the hardened milk tofu.
STEP 8/8
Serve on a plate with ripe kimchi.
One 1,000ml of milk will give you half a head of tofu.
