Put the beef prepared for bulgogi on a kitchen towel to remove the blood.

Season the bloodless beef with rice wine and pepper. (About 10 minutes)

Cut off the bottom of the enoki mushroom, wash it clean and drain, and shred the onion.

Grease a heated pan with oil, stir-fry onions.

Add seasoned beef and stir-fry.

Make the sauce according to the amount of ingredients, add it with enoki mushrooms, and stir-fry while mixing as if cooking.

Finally, add butter to center of pan and mix quickly, melting.

If you put beef bulgogi on top of the freshly cooked rice, it's a hearty meal
