STEP 1/16
Shred the mushrooms as thin as possible.
STEP 2/16
Chop the onions into thin slices, similar to mushrooms.
STEP 3/16
If you have carrots, put them in. If you don't, you don't have to. (Cut like onions and mushrooms)
STEP 4/16
Please slice the green onion sideways.
STEP 5/16
Grease the pan and stir-fry the carrots first.
STEP 6/16
When the carrots are slightly cooked, stir-fry the onions.
STEP 7/16
When the onions are slightly cooked, stir-fry the mushrooms.
STEP 8/16
Pour a little bit of water when it's stir-fried. (You can't put in too much like soup)
STEP 9/16
Add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
STEP 10/16
Prepare 1 tablespoon starch by dissolving it in water.
STEP 11/16
Bring to a boil with sauce.
STEP 12/16
When it boils, add the green onions.
STEP 13/16
Please taste it and add the insufficient seasoning. It was a bit bland, so I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of king salt, and a little pepper.
STEP 14/16
Add starch that has been folded in water. (Starch needs to be added to make it more viscous, so it's good to eat it with rice.)
STEP 15/16
Stir a few times and simmer until thickened.
STEP 16/16
You can put rice on a plate and put rice on top of it.
Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
