I challenged myself to make soft cream udon flavored only with milk and cheese.. It's made with chubby noodles, and it's this menu that combines chewy noodles and soft sauce! It's good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
The basic ingredients are onions, bacon, and cocktail shrimp. Shred onions! Slice bacon to taste.
STEP 2/6
Parboil the noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes and rinse them in cold water a couple of times. I made it into a product that is sold in a small package of noodles.
STEP 3/6
Grease the pan lightly, add onions and minced garlic, and stir-fry beforehand. When the garlic flavor comes up, add bacon and shrimp and stir-fry until cooked.
STEP 4/6
When the ingredients are cooked, add 2 cups of milk (= 200ml standard) and 3 slices of cheese and bring to a boil until the cheese melts. I dabbed it with herb salt.
STEP 5/6
Season with milk and cheese, simmer over high heat until foam boils as shown in the picture above, then add blanched noodles and mix in the whisky sauce. There are probably people who are wondering why the sauce is so watery in the process up to here. When that happens, if you add an important tip, the sauce becomes thick...

Pop the egg yolk separated from the white and mix it quickly. Complete the thick sauce Cook the noodles as soon as possible to prevent the noodles from spreading. tip) I used white slice cheese, but I think yellow cheddar cheese makes the sauce taste more savory than white. I liked the yellow cheddar cheese flavor more...
