Making seasoned roe-gak
It's a recipe for seasoned ocher that you can eat as a side dish in summer!!

Ingredients
  • an old angle
  • leek
  • a thick salt
  • red pepper paste
  • Red pepper powder
  • Sugar
  • Sesame
  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
After washing the furnace under running water,

Add thick salt and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes!!

Wash it in running water and remove the water!!

Squeeze the water tightly, add red pepper powder, red pepper paste, chopped green onion, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame salt and mix them together!!
STEP 8/8
Lastly, add sesame oil and wrap it up!!
The furnace shell has a lot of moisture, so you have to remove the water to prevent it from coming out!!
