Soybean paste sauce roast fork

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the whole pork belly in half, mix it well in the seasoning, wrap it well in a plastic bag to prevent air from entering, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Shake off excessively seasoned parts like a massage and apply olive oil evenly.
STEP 3/4
In a 240-degree preheated oven, wrap the pork in foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
STEP 4/4
Remove the foil, cut it in half, check the condition, and bake at 220-240 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Wrap the foil well and bake it, then peel it off at the end and bake it to make the inside moist and crispy without burning the outside.
