  • Frying flour
    1/2cup
  • Water
    1/3cup
  • condensed milk
  • Chili sauce
Cooking Steps

Put a cone and 1/2 cup of frying powder in a bowl.

Add 1/3 cup of water. I used a 200ml standard cup. Frying powder = 100 ml / water = 65 ml
