STEP 1/7
Chop the green onions and tear the remaining chicken into small pieces.
STEP 2/7
Grease the preheated pan and make an egg scramble.
STEP 3/7
Add 1 spoon of perilla oil and stir-fry the green onions together. Perilla oil is less greasy than sesame oil, and it's light.
STEP 4/7
I didn't put oil on the pan where I stir-fried green onions, but I stir-fried them over low heat. Since it's fried chicken, I thought it would be greasy if I put more oil, so just stir-fry it
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry 1 bowl of rice, stir-fried green onion, egg scramble, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and 1/2 spoon of soy sauce in the pan.
STEP 6/7
Stir-fry the oyster sauce on the hard rice grains. It's good to sprinkle sesame seeds.
STEP 7/7
Put it on a plate, sprinkle mayonnaise on top, and put the young leaf vegetables on top.
If you stir-fry green onions rather than onions, the color is pretty and the taste is good.
