Making Pad Thai
Today's dish with you is making Pad Thai, a delicacy that you can make at home and enjoy more! I'm going to make sauce to suit the taste of Koreans and add various seafood to complete it. I don't like the scent of silant so far, so I'm thinking of completing it in a different way by adding Korean water parsley leaves. It's good as a late-night snack and I want to recommend it as a weekend menu! Pad Thai, which is good to enjoy as a delicacy, should we make it together now?

Ingredients
  • Rice noodle
  • Garlic
  • Cooking oil
    1T
  • Oyster sauce
    3T
  • White wine
    1T
  • Hot sauce
    1T
  • Oligosaccharide
    1/2T
  • ground pepper
    1/3t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I'll wash my hands first and prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2/8
It is good to soak rice noodles in lukewarm water (40 to 50 degrees) in advance. It's hard to stir-fry dried noodles alone, so make sure to soak it and use it! If you soak it for 15 to 20 minutes, it's perfect. If you need to make it urgently, raise the temperature of the water a little more!
STEP 3/8
Remove the bottom of the garlic and slice it to 0.2cm thick.
STEP 4/8
Shall we make Pad Thai sauce? Add oyster sauce 3T, Thai teriyaki 2T, white wine 1T, hot sauce 1T, and oligosaccharide 1/2T ingredients and mix lightly to complete the sauce!
STEP 5/8
If you soak rice noodles well, you'll feel softer when you touch them with your hands. Place on a sieve to lightly remove unnecessary moisture.
STEP 6/8
First, heat the frying pan over high heat for 3 minutes, cover it with 1T of cooking oil, and stir-fry the sliced garlic for 30 seconds to fully flavor. Then, add the seafood ingredients and 1/3t of pepper and stir-fry quickly.
STEP 7/8
When the rich seafood flavor comes up, stir-fry the prepared Pad Thai sauce lightly, then add the soaked rice noodles and stir-fry them over high heat! Even if all the pho noodles go in
You have to use a frying pan that's not enough to cook quickly and delicious! It is recommended to use a fan greater than 24 cm.
STEP 8/8
Add noodles, stir-fry for 30 seconds, add bean sprouts, and stir-fry them quickly over high heat for another 30 seconds, and you're done with the delicious Pad Thai! Put water parsley leaves on top and put them in a different way!
1) Put in a variety of seafood! The rich ingredients of seafood are deliciously soaked in rice noodles, adding a more luxurious taste! 2) Using Thai teriyaki! The flavor of Thai teriyaki makes the dish more exotic!
