Add melted butter and mix well.
STEP 5/9
Press it into the container with your hands.
STEP 6/9
Soak 2 sheets of gelatin in water for 10 minutes. When gelatin swells, turn it over a stove, add 3cc of lemon juice and strain through a fine sieve.
STEP 7/9
Place cream cheese, whipped cream, melted gelatin, salt and sugar in blender and return.
STEP 8/9
Now, put a moderate amount of well-mixed cheesecake dough into each container. After that, let it harden in the refrigerator for about an hour.
STEP 9/9
Take it out of the refrigerator, put citron syrup on it, and decorate it with herb leaves to complete the rare cheese cake.
Dissolve the gelatin and strain it quickly with lemon juice. If you don't filter it out, you'll get gelatin lumps after the cheese hardens, so please follow this process.
